So here's one thing I've been wondering about. I'm a bit into starting collab with other YT channels and have some problems with communication. One is writing in the comments section of my videos about a collab, and I'm replying in the same place referring to Instagram DM's. However there's nothing more.

So at this point I'm wondering if I've missed something. What's the "correct" way of interacting with other Youtubers?

I would say the best way would be to find a channel you would like to collab with and go to the channel and click on the about tab which if available should let you see their email address.

This is probably the best way, but if you can find a way to put a comment on their video, that could work too depending. If they get a ton of comments, probably not going to work, if they don't get alot of comments; then this could work well, they will see it and possibly be interested.

If you e-mail, you will have to fight through the spammy bots, jack offs that saturate peoples inboxes, etc.
