Windows 10 system.

I have an IcyBox HDD USB enclosure with several HDD's in it.
For some reason it doesn't seem to retain a persistent connection - I think the IcyBox shuts itself down after a period of inactivity - not sure how to stop that.

What I want to do I periodically back up (starting manually is fine if to) my 2 x 2TB SSD's onto a suitably sized (4TB) HDD in that enclosure.

What would be the best program / means of doing so?
