G'day I'm Michael.

I live in usually sunny Brisbane, Australia.

On YT I've got a couple of channels but not all that much content - yet.

My interests are
- Motorcycling I have a Suzuki GSX1400 which has lots of TORQUE. Lots.  And it goes round corners nicely too :)
- History, particularly colonial naval history.
- Computer stuff - I run a few forums and websites.
- Shooting and Hunting.

basically more hobbies than I can afford  ;D

As for what I consume on YouTube - well, lots. Especially with the whole lock-down shenanigans.

Ocean Liner Designs. Michael Brady is excellent - draws fantastic ocean liner pictures and has very interesting maritime / liner related videos.

Part Time Explorer Tom Lynskey is a fantastic and engaging youtuber, also with a deep interest in maritime history and his channel is mostly that but also includes some fascinating 'western' history and miscellania.

DIY Perks - Matt doesn't release a lot of videos but they are very high quality when they appear. Excellent projects mostly around computer and tech. Not your average channel - well worth a look!

Diesel Creek is good - Matt has a 'farm' and buys and fixes (mostly earth-moving) machinery.

BBQ Pit Boys  - because BBQ is good, and chilli is good.

The History Guy: History Deserves to Be Remembered - many and varied different historical stuff, all sorts of subjects and plenty I never knew. This guy's voice is a bit annoying but his content is generally pretty good.

Mark Felton Productions - Mark is a prolific and excellent non-fiction author and his channel/s contain excellent and deeply researched war history, esp WW2.

Dark Seas  war/naval
Dark Skies war/avaiation
Dark Docos war/general
Dark Tech war/tech

ExplosmEntertainment  - Cyanide & Happiness shorts

WW2HistoryHunter - a guy and his son explore places along the Channel coast and in Germany, on foot and with underwater ROV.  (It's impossible not to like someone who is so enthusiastic about what he's doing).

Professor of Rock - the story of many of the great songs in rock history, and other related stuff.

LockPickingLawyer - most locks are bad and this guy proves it. Short entertaining videos.

The Workshop - Matt is an engineer who knows what he's talking about when it comes to engines and motorcycles.
The videos where he comments on (or rather, tears apart) "Delboy's garage" are awesome.  Not a work or child friendly channel though, lots of swearing.

TysyTube and Veradona Restoration  (and a bunch of similar channels) - restorations of old toys, small machines, tools, etc

The Post Apocalyptic Inventor - a German bloke who rescues all sorts of things from junkyards (primarily tools of multitude varieties)and restores them to working order.

Tasting History with Max Miller - fella in the USA who cooks recipes from history from ancient to mid 20th C. Each episode has a history section which is always fascinating.

Atomic Shrimp - a bit of everything from cooking to scambaiting to tech to gardening and the completely great playlist "Weird stuff in a can"

Techmoan - Matt does a heap of great retrotech stuff - primarily audio and it is very interesting.

And I watch quite a few channels with DaVinci Resolve tutorials.
(Casey Farriss, Billy Rybka, MrAlexTech etc etc)

(Why so many YouTubers called Matt?)  :)

Would be interested to know if there are any channels you keep getting recommended by the algorithm but you don't like?
